LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
PETROLEUM CONTAINMENT, INC. (Hereinafter referred to as PCI) warrants:
Products produced by PCI, if installed in accordance of PCI, published instructions:
Will meet PCI published specifications and will be free from material defects and workmanship for a period of (1) one year following date of original delivery by PCI, provided the system is used exclusively for gasoline, gasohol, ethanol, methanol, jet-fuel, av-gas, kerosene, diesel fuel, or motor oil at ambient underground temperatures, or used for fuel oil not to exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
PCI's, liability under this warranty shall be limited to at our option:
- Delivery of a replacement part to point of original delivery.
- The repair of the defective product by PCI or that of a third party of PCI's choice.
- Refund the original purchase price to the original purchaser.
PCI shall not in any way be liable for any labor, removal or installation cost, indirect or consequential damage in connection with such parts.
The foregoing constitutes PCI's exclusive obligation. PCI makes no expressed or implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever, except as stated above.
