Below Grade Fiberglass Transition Sumps
PCI TSM Series Below Grade Transition Sumps provide secondary containment around underground piping transitions and connections, with access for installation, inspection, and service.
Built from 100% corrosion-resistant fiberglass, the multi-body design combines large, flat piping surfaces with adjustable height and multiple base configurations. An integrated epoxy trough simplifies assembly, while the standard Twist-Lok™ Access Cover provides a watertight seal.
Large Surfaces for Piping Connections
The square design provides broad, flat surfaces for penetration fittings, giving installers flexibility when arranging piping connections.
Epoxy-Bonded Assembly
The integrated epoxy trough allows sump sections to be bonded together without field fiberglass work, simplifying assembly on the jobsite.
Flexible Base and Riser Configurations
Multiple base and riser combinations accommodate different installation depths and piping layouts. Solid-bottom and universal-bottom configurations are available.
Optional Tank Collar Mounting
Selected universal-bottom models can be configured with collar-mount bases for use as tank sumps:
- 42-inch collar mounting: Available on TSM4848XXU and TSM6060XXU models.
- 48-inch and 54-inch collar mounting: Available on TSM6060XXU models.
Duo-Molded Fiberglass Construction
PCI’s Duo-Molded Technology combines two layers of fiberglass with high glass content for strength and fuel resistance.
Size and Height Options
Standard configurations include:
- 48 × 48-inch models: Multiple base and adjustable-height options.
- 60 × 60-inch models: Additional space for larger piping layouts.
- Universal-bottom models: Add 6 inches to overall height.
Custom sizes and additional configurations are available upon request.
Double Wall Options
Double wall models are available for installations requiring monitored secondary containment. Monitoring components and interstitial fluid accessories are ordered separately.
Brite-White Interior
PCI’s Brite-White interior reflects light for better visibility and helps identify leak points during inspection and service.
Twist-Lok™ Access Cover
The standard fiberglass Twist-Lok Access Cover provides a watertight seal with a quick 12-degree turn.

Twist-Lok Access Cover
PCI’s tank sumps come standard with the latest generation of our innovative ‘Twist-Lok’ Access Cover. Constructed from injection molded fiberglass, Twist-Lok lids provide a watertight seal with a quick and easy 12º turn.

Available in double wall for a variety of monitoring options to satisfy local regulations and requirements. From dry fluid or fluid filled interstitial to vacuum interstice monitoring, PCI has all options to best fit your installation and compliance needs.
