4800 Series Fiberglass Tank Sump

The PCI 4800 Series provides secondary containment around underground storage tank piping connections, fittings, valves, and submersible turbine pumps (STPs), with access for installation, inspection, and service.

Built from 100% corrosion-resistant fiberglass, the 4800 Series combines flexible mounting options, adjustable height, and a watertight Twist-Lok™ Access Cover. Its spacious design accommodates dual STP systems.

Universal Mounting Design

Available base configurations support tank collar, bung-mount, and manway installations. Options include solid-bottom bases and 42-inch or 48-inch collar mounts. Factory cutting is available.

Room for Dual STP Systems

The 4800 Series accommodates two STP systems, with a 58-inch-diameter riser providing working space for piping connections, installation, and maintenance.

Duo-Molded Fiberglass Construction

PCI’s Duo-Molded Technology combines two layers of fiberglass with high glass content for strength and fuel resistance.

Adjustable Height Options

Four models provide different overall height ranges:

PC4840U: 32–40 inches
PC4852U: 44–52 inches
PC4860U: 32–60 inches
PC4872U: 44–72 inches

Dimensions are based on solid-bottom sumps. Subtract 1 inch for 42-inch collar mounting or 2.5 inches for 48-inch collar mounting.

Brite-White Interior

PCI’s Brite-White interior reflects light for better visibility and helps identify leak points during inspection and service.

Twist-Lok™ Access Cover

The standard fiberglass Twist-Lok Access Cover provides a watertight seal with a quick 12-degree turn.

Twist-Lok Access Cover

PCI’s tank sumps come standard with the latest generation of our innovative ‘Twist-Lok’ Access Cover. Constructed from injection molded fiberglass, Twist-Lok lids provide a watertight seal with a quick and easy 12º turn.
