The Cal CUPA Forum Conference is the leading statewide event for California’s Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs and UPAs), bringing together environmental and hazardous materials professionals for focused training, regulatory updates, and hands-on learning.

Created to support the Unified Program under CalEPA, the conference offers sessions on hazardous waste management, CERS reporting, and guidance from agencies such as DTSC and the Department of Transportation.
